All items undergo a quality check and are guaranteed to be fully functioning, and in excellent condition. So you can have peace of mind knowing you're ordering a quality product at a fantastic price. All items sold through the Open Box program are a great alternative to full priced items and are shipped complete with all parts.
Open Box items are sold with an out of the box, as is, warranty. All other factory warranties are voided. Customers who receive Open Box items with missing or damaged parts should contact our Customer Service department within 30 days upon receiving their order. Any missing or damaged parts on Open Box items will be shipped at no expense to the customer if within the 30 grace day period. Open Box inventory has never been used and are in like-new condition. Please note that many Open Box items are not sold with their original box and packaging.
